Aphanius sophiae
Новый вид килли, рода афаниусов (Aphanius), семейство карпозубых (Cyprinodontidae), обитающий в бассейне реки Kor, горы Zagros, в Ираке, получил название Aphanius shirini.
Популяция ранее относящаяся к A. sophiae, теперь частично отнесена к новому виду, на основе особенностей окраса и длины плавников, а так же, анализу ДНК.
